Any complaint relating to the collection, storage, use, sharing, or security of personal information will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt and investigated in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and applicable legislation. Where an investigation requires additional time, we will keep you informed of progress and anticipated timescales.

Yes. A payment confirmation and receipt will be provided following successful payment through the website payment system. You should retain this for your records.

What happens if I have difficulty making a payment?

If you experience any difficulties using the payment system, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help resolve the issue before your appointment.
