Clitheroe Psychotherapy services LTD, [a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company registered address at 51 Park Lane, Great Harwood BB67RQ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Owner”)
(1) The User, being any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or uses the Website and its services (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Background
(A) Clitheroe Psychotherapy services (the “Website Owner”) owns and operates the website located at https://clitheroeps.com/ (the “Website”), which provides online psychological therapies.
(B) These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the User’s access and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
(C) The User must read and understand this Agreement before using the Website. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Website Owner and the User.
(D) The Website Owner reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The User is responsible for periodically reviewing this Agreement for any updates or changes. The User’s continued use of the Website after any modifications or updates to this Agreement shall constitute the User’s acceptance of such modifications or updates.
(E) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Definitions
1.1. Agreement means these terms and conditions governing the User’s access and use of the Website.
1.2. Content means any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials.
1.3. Intellectual Property Rights means patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trademarks, trade names, domain names, rights in get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, unfair competition rights, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world.

1.5. User means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or uses the Website and its Services.
1.6. Website means the website located at https://clitheroeps.com/, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and other related platform Clitheroe Psychotherapy Services, the owner and operator of the Website.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. Ownership of Intellectual Property. The Website, including but not limited to its content, features, functionality, and user interface, is owned by the Website Owner and is protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. (a) The Website Owner’s trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are owned by the Website Owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable trademark laws.
(b) The User is not permitted to use the Trademarks without prior written consent from the Website Owner.
(c) The User is not permitted to use any metatags or other “hidden text” incorporating the Trademarks or other intellectual property of the Website Owner.
2.4. Copyright Infringement.
(a) The User shall not engage in any activities that may infringe upon the Website Owner’s copyrights or the copyrights of third parties.
(b) The User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding copyright infringement, including but not limited to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
(c) The Website Owner’s designated agent for receiving notifications of alleged copyright infringement is Natalie McDonough.
2.5. User-Generated Content.
(a) The User grants the Website Owner a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute any content submitted by the User to the Website.
(b) The User represents and warrants that the User owns or has the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license set forth in Section 2.5.1.

2.8. Indemnification. The User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Website Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the User’s violation of intellectual property rights.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
